Shannon Ray: Is that virtual, is that on the phone, is that in-person? Are they passing an iPad back and forth? Those are the types of scenarios that we're planning and incorporating into our design.
Matt Baxter: Whether they’re providing a quote to their customer or finishing off their application or even sending some follow-up notifications to their customer. All of this is part of the same platform and they get to utilize the same interface to accomplish all of those goals.

Jeremy Bill: When working with agents, it’s important to get feedback. We need to talk to the people that are using the tools that are in the market today and understand the pain points and really find out how our technology can help alleviate those pain points and make their jobs easier.
