Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, Bestow
Benjamin Sperry is Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Bestow, leading compliance efforts in regulatory affairs, product compliance, special investigations, risk management, and training.
He has played a crucial role in developing and maintaining Bestow’s compliance program and guiding compliance advisors. As the Chair of several committees at Bestow, including the Risk & Compliance Committee, the Legislative & Regulatory Working Group, and the Artificial Intelligence Advisory Council, Benjamin plays a crucial role in monitoring and responding to regulatory developments in the rapidly changing life insurance industry.
Before joining Bestow, Benjamin held leadership positions at Equitable Holdings and American National Insurance Company. During this time, he developed expertise in policy development, regulatory compliance, and government relations.
Benjamin holds a BA in Political Science from the University at Albany and is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) from the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics. He lives in Dallas, Texas.
